Communication was great even while we were in the middle of our vacation. The instructional tour was very detailed for first timers and the little notes helped us remember. The queen bed is amazingly comfy. They went above and beyond to help us and made our very busy, very heavy workload vacation so relaxing. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Will definitely book with them again- Kai C.Sep 2022Delivered by hostgrey tank drain needs to swap hose outside manually, didn't explain clearly during RV walkthrough, although I missed the text message suggesting to swap hose, end up kitchen sink can't be used for the entire stay as grey tank is full, a Y adapter should be installed so no manual hose swapping is needed.
