About Heidi

The hosts were great to deal with. After agreeing to drop off and pick up the RV, they walked me around to show how everything worked, and they responded very quickly to any question or concern I had during our trip.

The host was available and was up front to all the questions and concerns, it was requested to drop off and setup the trailer and that part was fine. Unfortunately there were issues with the trailer that came to light a day or two into the trip that caused some concerns. Because the trailer was not hooked up to “shore” power (a campsite outlet) we ran into problems of the batteries dying after being charged by the generator I brought. The fridge did not work properly, so we had our entire vacation based on making it back to site to start the generator for few hours to make sure the fridge stayed cold enough to not spoil the food. That being said this ultimately ruined the vacation my whole family was waiting for because trailers should be able to run once everyone has left the site. Not the case with this. I brought it up with the owners and explained everything and they showed up with a new battery but not a fix to the situation. I’ve owned many trailers for years and years and I know what to expect, I didn’t expect this for a trailer as new as it was and the owners did not know how to fix it or were unaware of the issues because most people that rent this trailer either have shore power or a site they can run a generator 24/7 without any issue. This was not the case for us. The owners were stead fast on their communication until the end but when I tried to contact them for a conversation it went completely against any normal forms of communication. I’m writing this after reaching out multiple times for communication between them and I have not heard anything back which is why I am warning others of this experience. The trailer was clean, it was dropped off and set up properly but the people that are doing this do not hav accurate knowledge to upkeep an RV let alone rent it to other people: this trailer ruined my family vacation and lack of support and knowledge from the provider only made things worse. Had I known the situation with the electrical I would of planned accordingly but overall it’s the equivalent of showing up to a hotel being promised all the amenities and being left with a roof over your head and nothing else. I have a trailer, the ferry costs were higher then the purchase of this rental. Had I know the situation I was in store for, I would of gladly paid the 1000$ extra to bring my trailer to Vancouver island because I would of been able to see the island the whole time and not had to worry about staying at my campsite from 9-11 and from 7-9 every day to make sure the fridge was cold enough to not make the food go bad and make my family sick.

Very friendly and patient while we worked out delivery.

Difficult to deal with and severely lacking communication skills. RVs tend to break. I didnt cancel but fixed it and returned it in a few hours. All that after going over and above to deliver her power. Cancelled add ons on site and dropped a day right before trip as well. Ungrateful, demanding, argumentative and entitled. I would give zero stars if i could. Would not rent to again.

Great renter and took great care of my camper. Will happily rent to Heidi any day. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Heidi was super! She knew her way around RV's and took good care of our trailer! She left our unit clean and was in time with delivery and pickup! Highly recommended!
