From the get go, he was very timely in in all communication with any questions we had, super flexible, informative and such a friendly person! He was available when we needed something while we away and made everything so easy for us throughout the entire experience. The trailer itself is perfectly put together, spacious and clean. Highly recommend Michael’s trailer for any camping / outdoor excursions!
