The trailer was exactly what was advertised. I will be renting their trailer again

This RV was minimally furnished . The RV had just come out of storage and wasn’t very clean. The hot water was not plumbed correctly, so we did not have hot water at all for the first 1/2 of our trip. Only after I got a plumber,we had hot water for the last 1/2 of our trip. When I asked the owner for a partial refund, I was told he would give me $100 for my inconvenience. What a joke! We only camp 1 time per year and to pay over $1600 and to get a RV that has not been properly tested since coming out of storage is unacceptable. We were very disappointed and can not recommend this RV to anyone.

The Keystone Bullet 28BHS trailer met all our needs for our family camping trip. Owner Christine answered all questions and addressed concerns in a timely manner. Drop off and pick up went very smoothly and on time.

All five of us had a fantastic experience in your RV. It was clean, very well equipped and very nicely set up by the edge of the river. We will certainly do this again. Thank you for the advice on getting a generator. That really helped on those very hot days.

We had a great time in this well-maintained and clean RV. The pictures accurately show what to expect - plus you’ll find even more. The RV has all the dishes, cleaning supplies, and even board games you could want. The owners were responsive and pleasant to deal with. We had an all around positive experience with booking this RV.

Great first time experience. The RV was dropped off and picked up without a hitch. It was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our weekend getaway. Christine and Mike went above and beyond and I would highly recommend booking with them.

Christine and Mike were very helpful and accommodating through several date changes and then a late pick up due to highway closure. When Christine said "you'll just need clothes and food" she meant it!! The trailer was stocked to the gills with everything we could have needed for the trip. We had a great time!

The most comfortable camping adventure I have had. The trailer was great. Everything was clean, plenty of space for my family and I. Huge back bedroom with bunk beds. The owners were excellent to communicate with and had everything we needed in the trailer. How enjoyable to have everything set up and ready upon arriving at the campsite! We will be renting this unit again.

Was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat with, I appreciated having things available to clean up with through our trip, like broom and vacuum. The owners were very good at getting back to our inquiries and questions promptly! Would definitely rent again.
