Nice group. We faced a couple hiccups together over a 10 day stay. 1 being an intermittent A/C in 33+ degree weather. Communication was clear and easy, and they stayed more patient than most would under the circumstances. We were able to get it sorted out fairly quickly. Turns out a mouse had made a home in the rooftop unit and had a bit of a nibble on some wires. Trailer was left clean. They had a dog, but left no sign he was there. Zero damage, zero mess, minimal hair. I'd welcome them again anytime.

Good rv knowledge. Easy to deal with and great communication.
