    John was a great guy I would rent my unit to him again, I do have a no tp rule and tp was used which created a mountain pile in my toilet. It was easily removed by me and a water hose, and he dragged my chains really bad (pretty scratched up), but over all my best renter of the year. The trailer came back neat and tidy so I was happy!
