Heidi P.Jul 2019RV is clean and very well maintained by the owner. He was super helpful, and carefully explained how to use it. If you are new to using an RV (like we were), it does take a bit of time to go over all the details. They included the basics in the RV kitchen for use, as well as some games and a small tv with a DVD player, which was kind. It was great for our two small children at night, and our playpen fit easily inside when the extension was out. Received it clean and tidy, and we were sure to return it in the same condition. Although we didn't use it, there was a TV and movies available. The trailer was super easy to tow and set up, and any questions we had, Jimmy was just a phone call away. It was a pleasure renting from Jimmy. He was more than accommodating with our pick up and drop off times, which really makes a difference.
