Great renters they were overly concerned/ willing about cleaning the outside which was awesome and above my requirements i only ask for the inside to be swept and it was wiped down and swept which is great i would happily rent to them again any day. Curtis was a pleasure to work with. Willing to learn the ins and outs of my trailer greatly appreciated
