Alice was amazing to deal with, great RV, very clean, was a 2007 but was like brand-new condition. Alice was very helpful and flexible with the rental. Highly recommend Alice and her RV to others!

Owner of the motorhome was responding immediately to all our request and concerns. We got the RV to the agreed date and time in clean condition and fully working. The Mercedes Diesel is very efficient in fuel consumption; depending on the route and speed not more than 13-15 liter per 100km. This motorhome is perfect for three adults, or two adults and two kids. Handover and returning inspection were done quickly using the RVezy forms. We regulated a windshield chip uncomplicated and fair. We would recommend to rent this motorhome with this owner.

I am so very impressed with Alice's RV and the way things are handled at RVEZY.... felt the whole experience was amazing and a great adventure is now placed in our memories for 2019.... This was our first experience with renting and will absolutely encourage friends and family to do as we did.... We went to find the sun in BC, found it!!! :-)

Our trip in Alice's RV was a great success. The kids loved it, particularly the bunk above the drivers cabin. Alice was a pleasure to deal with: easy-going, and prompt in communication. The RV itself was easy to drive, particularly in Alberta where traffic is very manageable (we live in Toronto). It was delivered spotlessly clean and well-supplied (cutlery, etc), and Alice offered a thorough orientation (essential to a first-time RVer). I do not hesitate to recommend renting this RV from Alice for a family vacation.

The RV was spacious for my family, and Alice was really nice to work with. I would book again. :)

Concerns with booking with Jayco Escapade 28 ZSLP June 25 - July 2 2019. 1. Water Supply not compatible with non-municipal water service (no gravity refilling of tank required) and this no clear in advertising of unit on Rvezy.com at the time of booking 2. Remote control for heating/cooling system dead - required special trip offsite to purchase batteries 3. Inaccurate black and grey water tank monitors - even after emptying both tanks at the end of the trip, neither tank showed ‘empty’ (both indicated 1/3 full) 4. ‘Spent’ RV battery for running Jayco. After charging the battery fully, level would drop to 1/3 level after engine shut down, and dead within 4 hours even without fan or light use. No heat possible (see (5) below) one four of the nights of our camping trip. 5. A propane alarm which sounded at 6 AM June 28 requiring evacuation of the unit for one hour and shut down of propane system, and a second alarm at 6:30 PM June 30 for five minutes. For safety purposes the propane was not operated at night and with the vehicle occupied for the duration of the trip. 6. A grossly outdated carbon monoxide detector - clearly marked as ‘replace by 2010/Oct’, it had a battery in it that was good through 2022. Clearly someone had been replacing the battery in the unit despite clear indication that the detector was not providing any safety to the occupants of the motor home. This unit has not been properly maintained and clearly (see (6) particularly) dangerous to its occupants. This unit should not have been available for occupancy and that it was offered as appropriate for rental is disappointing.

The RV was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Alice was great to deal with upon the booking, pick up, and drop off. I would definitely recommend this unit and we look forward to renting again from Alice next year!

Good points - for our first RV experience the Winnebago View was the perfect option - good size, easy to drive and manoeuvre, reliable and petrol consumption was much better then we expected. It was well equipped and kitchen had everything we needed. Other points - unfortunately we couldn’t use the shower because the hose leaked, the awning was broken when we checked it at the start though Alice very helpfully rigged a temporary repair so that we could use it fine. Finally the RV could have been a bit cleaner inside when it was delivered - we spent an hour or so cleaning it before we set off. Once clean it was absolutely fine and we really enjoyed our trip.

Fist Time MH renter and it was a good experience, The MH fit our needs and we had a fun time camping with our 2 Grandchildren. Alice was very friendly and helpful. Thank you again Alice.

•Booking acceptance was timely-no waiting. •Communication was established with email and telephone, which was appreciated. •RV was clean. •RV was provided with full gas tank, near full propane, fridge was on and cold, bathroom was stocked, dish cleaning supplies available, bottom sheet for beds available. •Instructions were clear on requirements-ie: if propane tank was full on return, renter would be reimbursed. •Support was available during rental period. Wonderful experience for our first RVEzy rental.

Thank you so much Alice and Brian. I had a memorable trip just because of you. You have the best RV of all the vehicles I have seen. It runs so smooth as well as have very good fuel economy. The explanation you gave was so true because it is really like a new RV. My family enjoyed the trip very much. In the future, I would definitely like to rent this RV again and going to recommend it to all my friends.

Just back from a picturesque weekend in the mountains. Booking through RVezy was effortless and the rates seem really reasonable. Alice was flexible with her booking and a pleasure to deal with. The RV ran flawlessly and was surprisingly efficient and easy to drive. Everything was in good working order and while modestly appointed was adequately supplied for a fun weekend.
