Very good experience, with her. Rv came back nice and clean.

Pickup went great. Tara is friendly and capable of managing the RV while in her care. Bit of a communication breakdown with regards to how the RV needed to be returned (did not clean bugs off the exterior, fuel not refilled and, accidentally kept one duvet cover and an item of tupperware. There was some accidental damage to a screen, but Tara communicated this to us up front and took responsibility. Forgot to mention they would have pets along for the trip. All in all, they really enjoyed Gracie and we’d rent to them again while just making sure communication on expectations of both parties was up front.
