Thank you for your rental. I understand my lack of availability for delivery and pick up can be difficult thank you for the feedback. We are happy to have had such a great rental experience. In the future if there is damage to the rental during your time it is helpful for the owner to be made aware of those things at pick up instead of finding out on their own. Very sweet family and easy to talk to. They were quick to get back to me with any questions I had for them. They also gave me some valuable feedback on things I could provide/add to to make it am even better set up. But they were over all very happy with my trailer.
