She was super helpful we locked the keys in the trailer somehow and how hitch was to low tp pull trailer she let us use hers and also brought keys so we could get back into trailer. Only complaint would have been the bunk beds were super thin and uncomfortable for the kids we had to go purchase blow up beds for them. Over all an amazing week trip!

We had some issues with battery use and they went above & beyond to bring an extra battery and a generator for backup, all on their days off.

The trailer is super clean, well organized and was perfect for our family of 4. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we loved how easy it made our camping trip. We just had to bring our clothes and food. The trailer was a good size to manoeuvre and we loved that it was easy to set up once we arrived at our campsite. We would definitely rent this trailer again! Akasha is kind, easy to work with and very helpful.
