Our trip in this RV was excellent. Von was an incredible host and left the RV fully equipped for us to use. The unit was clean, comfortable and in excellent shape. I am sure I will rent this RV again in future trips. Thanks Von for making our camping trip so enjoyable!

Excellent motorhome, and host. Much recommended

Von was great to deal with, friendly and respectful. The motor home was clean and ready to go upon our arrival for pickup. He responds to questions promptly and is always ready to troubleshoot if we have any issues. We would definitely rent from them again. Thank you Von for a very efficient and great experience.

Reserved Vons Rv because we didn't have an itinerary but knew we would be putting some miles on. At the time of reserving it was unlimited mileage and generator hours. Upon return of the RV I was informed that only 4 hours per day were included but each hour passed 16 total would be charged at 12 dollars per hour. I showed that my payment and reservation information on the Rvezy app showed unlimited hrs and miles but Von assured me it was 4 hours per day (4 days rental, 16 total hrs). When I looked up his listing as if to book again it did show 4 hrs per day. I asked if there was a possibility that the ad had been changed between when I reserved it and when I actually picked up the rv. I was assured by Von that it hadn't been changed and he charged me under other charges and posted pictures of the generator hr meter. I contacted RVezy by telephone and they were phenomenal. They had their tech team go back and review the booking and ad history. The ad had been changed 2 days before I picked up the RV, which was weeks after I reserved it. The team reached out to Von and informed him of the discrepancy as well as myself. I disputed the charges and the matter was quickly resolved. I truly hope that the generator hrs was a misunderstanding, although Von never did reach out to me after the matter was looked after by RVezy. My other complaint would be a rank smell from the freezer. I opened it to load groceries once we got on the road and the smell chased everyone out. Things happen. Once the freezer was cold it still smelled so we opted to just use the fridge. Otherwise the motorhome was fantastic. We went golfing and fishing and had a great time. Slept 4 nights in it and am convinced that a motorhome is the best way to roadtrip. Per day the cost of renting and fueling was far less than driving a regular vehicle and staying in hotels. The units auto leveling worked great and camp could be setup in under 5 minutes. Would definitely rent again and honestly can't say enough good about RVezy and their team.
