The owner was very nice and accommodating. It's better to call her instead of messaging. It was our first trailer experience, so there was some learning curve to it, which is expected. The trailer was clean and had everything we needed. I would only suggest to lubricate the jack stands that are used to level the trailer in advance of the trip, as we had very hard time opening them, my husband is a fit man in his 30s and it took the two of us quite a while to battle them, I can't imagine how a woman or an older person would be able to open and close them. Other than that it was a fun experience, our kids absolutely loved it and so did we!

Sara is a great owner who understands camping with kids! The bocce game was a hit as were the lantern lights. Thanks for the new mat and sink colander. The Kingsport was spacious with the slide open and the bunks were fun for the boys. The rental process and trailer setup is very well thought out for these pandemic times. Thanks Sara!

The photos don't do justice to how spacious the trailer is! It is very clean and well maintained. We really had a great time! My husband found it to be very easy to tow and easy to set up. We slept comfortably and enjoyed the amenities. Thank you very much! Definitely recommend. Also, the owner was very kind, friendly and gave us thorough instructions on setting everything up. 5 stars

Great RV owner, The owner take her time walk me though every little details about the RV. Rubber gloves are provided for cleaning water tank process. Very thoughtful. Great experience !
