Great rental experience with great people! Get outdoors in this one! Good communication on the process and answered our questions quickly as we approached the pickup date. We towed this with our Toyota Sequoia no problem. Easily had room for two adults and two kids. The outside fridge and sink station was great! Owner helped us hookup and took the time to run through all the features and tips. The RV is in great condition (basically brand new). Owners were flexible and gracious when we weren't able to pickup on time and equally flexible on the drop off time. They made themselves available if we had questions during our rental but everything was great and we didn't have to bother them. After drop off we stood around talking about what the owners are doing for their community and we could have hung out for another hour but the kids were so tired from an amazing weekend we had to go! TIP #1: take advantage of the ceiling air conditioner's flip-out side vents to direct air to the rear bunks. TIP #2: the gray/black water tank level alarms are not "active alarms" so be proactive and hit the buttons to check them periodically. TIP #3: the gray/black water tank has a convenient single outlet for pump-out so make sure to review that with owner so you're not guessing later. TIP #4: 50A power recommended. A/C + microwave use will trip a 30A circuit (pretty common).
