Our 2021 Mallard by Heartland M180BH RV sleeps 7, it has an indoor shower/tub, kitchen has microwave, electric stove, sink and refrigerator with doodle station, Corian countertops and silver and plasticware, cups, mugs and coffee maker included, dining set that folds into a sleeping area. One full queen sized folding bed that turns into a couch and two full sized bunk beds. AC unit, heater, plenty of storage and lighting throughout, TV, AM/FM radio with bluetooth, USB and HDMI ports, hydraulic awning and hitch lock systems. Propane tanks and gas hookup in unit, outside lights, party center with small fridge, sink and countertops located on the exterior of the unit.
Reservoir water tank holds up to 48 gallons, sewer tank, city water connection, cable and 30 AMP electric connection and outside shower provided on the exterior of the unit.

Dana O.Aug 2021Great rental experience with great people! Get outdoors in this one! Good communication on the process and answered our questions quickly as we approached the pickup date. We towed this with our Toyota Sequoia no problem. Easily had room for two adults and two kids. The outside fridge and sink station was great! Owner helped us hookup and took the time to run through all the features and tips. The RV is in great condition (basically brand new). Owners were flexible and gracious when we weren't able to pickup on time and equally flexible on the drop off time. They made themselves available if we had questions during our rental but everything was great and we didn't have to bother them. After drop off we stood around talking about what the owners are doing for their community and we could have hung out for another hour but the kids were so tired from an amazing weekend we had to go! TIP #1: take advantage of the ceiling air conditioner's flip-out side vents to direct air to the rear bunks. TIP #2: the gray/black water tank level alarms are not "active alarms" so be proactive and hit the buttons to check them periodically. TIP #3: the gray/black water tank has a convenient single outlet for pump-out so make sure to review that with owner so you're not guessing later. TIP #4: 50A power recommended. A/C + microwave use will trip a 30A circuit (pretty common).
