Peter took good care of the trailer and rebalanced the towing hitch to ensure that things were safe and level. His assistance to reset this back to the provided setting was much appreciated. Glad to hear their family had a great vacation. We extend our apology as the trailer didn't start in the pristine clean condition as is usual standard.
