Everything worked perfectly, and it had all the essentials (and much more!) that we needed to stay organized and relaxed throughout the weekend. John was a great host. Host was very helpful and provided the vehicle in top condition and made sure vehicle was ready and checked before our departure. Host was pleasant and helpful and responded quickly to our questions and concerns when we needed it on the trip. The only thing I was surprised about was the additional mileage charge. I don’t recall a conversation about that but this was my first time renting a vehicle like this and may have missed the this in the agreement.

Putli provided everything we needed in that time (aside from showers, which we found were easy to come by), proving van life to be easier than we anticipated. John was communicative and very helpful if we had any questions while on the road. The van was perfectly clean when we received it and we experienced no major issues. We’ll miss Putli!
