Bob was friendly and thorough while explaining how to utilize the RV. The vehicle was also clean and had everything you needed and some more for your trip (cooking tools, portable grill, propane tanks, coffee machine, blankets, pillows, etc)

RV was clean & drove well. Very comfortable for 3 people, all the beds were great as well. All appliances worked as they were supposed to; fridge and A/C ran nice and cold. Bob is a very reasonable and understanding host. He gave us excellent tips with respect to overall operations with the RV, and even took the time/allowed us to come see the vehicle prior to booking!

Bob is extremely helpful to work with. The trailer was clean and given to us exactly as the pictures showed. Bob was very thorough in his walk thru and answered any questions we had. We will definitely rent off Bob again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to book!

Bob was about the best guy to deal with that I’ve ever had. Super knowledgeable about the RV, very honest and helpful. I’d rent a wheel barrow or shovel from bob if I needed one. Excellent experience.

Bob was great to deal with, was a couple issues, a little trouble with the water heater & it would have been nice to be able to hook the sewage hose right to the campsite drain ,other then that it was great

Our experience in renting this RV was a case of "RENTER BEWARE!" Described in the OWNER'S ad as in "LIKE NEW CONDITION", the RV was anything but. The ad referenced an "awning", an "oven" as well as a "microwave", "fully stocked with all kitchen items". NONE OF THIS WAS TRUE! We had rented the RV for a long 16 day road trip to the east coast and back. This was our experience: 1) The RV looked good on the outside, but inside was "OLD, TIRED AND WORN", and couldn't handle anything but major highways in very good shape. Otherwise it crashed and banged along, drawers and cupboard doors with broken latches flying open. We called it the "old bone shaker". 2) The fridge did not work consistently, and on our first day out, much of our food was covered in water from a drip tray which had been installed backwards. 3) The hot water heater quit on our fourth day out. We contacted the owner who recommended we just put up with the inconvenience, boil water for dishes, and take our showers in truck stops, and RV parks. He'd fix the heater when we returned. After two and a half days, we fixed the heater ourselves with the help of a mobile technician. 4) The automatic water pump would not shut off after several days. The owner advised us to use the master switch to turn it off and on as needed, and to minimize its use. Very inconvenient. 5) We had two days of rain, and the RV leaked both days with rain entering two of the slide outs. One slide out was missing an awning, so water ran down from the ceiling area and across the floor. The windshield wipers didn't clean the windshield properly during the rain. A safety issue and reflection of poor maintenance. 6) The owner stored the sewage hose together in the same compartment with potable water hoses and extension cords. This is considered unsanitary in the RV industry, and raises the possibility of contamination, and subsequent illness. We took care to maintain separation ourselves. 7) The sewage hose was not complete and was missing the required fitting to connect tightly to the sewer receptacle at the RV park. (Some RV parks enforce having proper connections or no connection is allowed.) 8) We were very unhappy with the cleanliness of the RV, and the condition of silverware, and dishes provided. We did more cleaning ourselves. With no oven, just a microwave, there were no microwavable plates, bowls, or cooking casserole dishes. 9) The entrance door to the coach was balky, and was a safety issue for my wife who was unable to open it from inside our out. I had difficulty as well. Bottomline: We found the advertising on RVezy by the owner of the RV to be very misleading, and wonder about all the positive reviews from others which we had relied on as well. Our experience with the RV and its owner was very disappointing, and we encourage other renters to do a better job of due diligence than we did
