Even thou it may be an older trailer, I felt very comfortable and was very content with staying in this trailer. It was set up as prearranged at the campsite and removed again at agreed time. I would definitely recommend this host. I was in Alberta not the US as the next question asks.

Mark was understanding and was willing to go over everything with friends we were camping with in my absence. Trailer worked great, they even supplied us with some jugs of water as our site didnt have any services.

My only recommendation would be to stock nitrile gloves for use when draining black and grey water tanks. No issues with the trailer though!
