About Dusti

The trailer was perfect! We were a family of 3 (toddler) and a large dog and it was an amazing experience. The communication was easy and quick responses. They set it up fast and delivered on time. We will definitely rent again for next year! It had everything we needed and even a few added treats and basic food items. The Blackstone was great, we have been thinking about getting one so it was nice to try it out. Definitely recommend!

We had an excellent experience renting from Dusti. From the beginning, they were incredibly communicative, flexible, and well-prepared, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The trailer was exceptionally clean and honestly one of our favorite rentals we've ever stayed in. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, allowing us to simply arrive and enjoy our trip. The beds were unbelievably comfortable—every one of us slept better than we do at home! We also encountered an unexpected situation with our own trailer during our trip, and Dusti was extremely accommodating and supportive throughout. Their willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I would absolutely rent from them again without hesitation. They were fantastic hosts, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped trailer rental.

My husband and I had this unit delivered to a Golf and RV Resort. We stayed two nights. They are professional in every way. The Rv wasn't missing anything we needed, communication was timely and courteous. They provided full set up and close up functions and thoroughly explained all we needed to know during our stay. The unit looks like new and you can tell it has been well taken care of. Will be contacting them again for future rentals.

Good: - overall trailer condition as host described, spacious to have 4 adults and 1 kid. - many accessories like camping chairs, bedding, and kitchen stuff provided by the host. Very convenient. Not so good: - weeks before departure we are assured the pick up date and time as 9am is fine, until the last 2 days before trip start, host told us they thought about the wrong date, and we can't pick up by 9am, exact time is unknown until the last renter returns. So we stand by the whole morning and we ended up got the trailer at 2.30pm and waited another hour for the host to get toilet paper and right hitch... We get on the road around 3.30pm.We did absolutely nothing on the day 1, cancelled all reservation in banff, driving through the mountains in the night (very much disappointed) and arrived at the camp ground around 9.30pm, 30 minutes before they closed for check in. Host did offer additional night if we want, but due to Dr appointment next day, we could not take it. Other than that, nothing else was offer to compensate. If we knew ahead of time, the trip would be planned so differently. - since the pick up time is so late then we expected, everything feel rushed through, we never told how to use or things to be aware of about the stove. Once we turn on the stove, the glass top blow up. Host shows the picture of a yellow sticker about remove top piece, but sincerely I cannot recall see that sticker, it might be there when they first got it, but I didn't see any, and not in the after broken picture. Regardless, I wish I am been told during the walk through. Luckily nobody got hurt. - since the host didn't have enough time to clean between 2 rentals, the trailer was covered by dust, literally everywhere, anywhere you can lay fingers on. The start of trip was nothing but disappointment, but we thankful we arrived safely and rest of the trip was great.

We absolutely loved our time spent with this trailer. It came full stocked with everything that you needed. The space was perfect for us and our 2 kids, the especially like the bunks. Having WiFi in the trailer was a huge bonus. We would 100% recommend renting from Dusti! The pick up and drop off was easy and quick. Dusti showed us how everything worked, and where things were. We managed lock ourselves out of the trailer, and Dusti was quick to respond and give us the passcode for the automatic lock on the door. Thank you for a great renal experience!

Dusti and her husband were very helpful in helping us hitch the trailer and unhitch! The trailer was fully equipped with all the essentials for camping. The beds were cozy and very comfortable! As mentioned in previous posts, I would give this rental unit 6 stars if I could. It came equipped with everything you need for a camping trip and the trailer was roomy and very well taken care of. Would definitely rent this unit again in the future. Dusti was great to communicate with and very helpful. Hope renters continue to respect this great trailer so it can continue to be offered to guests in the future!

Great trailer for our annual softball tourney!!!

A 5 star camping suite. More than everything you need for camping. It's a whole home on wheels.Don't go on the ad or description that Dusti has posted, because it has much MORE to offer. We spent 2 nights camping in this trailer and it was AMAZING e perience. Dusti had provided everything that is written in the description plus alot of other stuff (toilet rolls, cabinets full of crockery, disposables, welcome snacks, paper towels, garbage bags, indoor and outdoor dust bins, tooth brushes, tooth pastes, hair brush, soap, dishwashing supplies, axes, firestarters, batteries, flash lights, a full pantry with spices, coffees, tea, beddings, cleaning supplies, board games, chairs, tables, and even flour and rice was there! Thats the only stuff I can remember as there was much more and we didn't have time to explore this RV. We went with a group other campers who had thir own RVs, and they also could not resist temptation to praise what Dusti had offered us. Plus I had asked Dusti alot of questions before booking and she answered them very patienlty. Excellent communication by Dusti, very punctual and professional. Thanks Dusti!

I would give 6 stars if I could! Dusti and fam went above and beyond on all fronts to make our first trailer camping trip a wonderful experience. The trailer is new and clean and felt top-of-the-line with lots of thoughtful little touches. Would definitely rent again!

the camper was beauty to stay in, and very easy to pull down the highway, and the owners were a joy to rent from, will rent again!
