James streamlined this experience as easy and smooth as possible. We bought an add-on for dumping all tanks and refilling fuel--i think this was worth paying extra $35 for not having to deal with gross stuff. From what I hear, you still have to pay $15-25 to dump the tanks ourselves. Any struggle we've encountered on the camping trip was partly due to our lack of experience with RV and camping in general. I also want to point out that James didn't nickel and dime on the use of generator/water/mileage/propane gas. He filled all of them up prior to the trip and we used as much as we wanted.
