High recommend, honestly, fear , good communication

Michelle was polite and communication was good throughout the rental. The RV was returned with some items not completed from the renter checklist (such as dumping the tanks and general tidying), which required extra time to prepare for the next guests. With a little more attention to the return process, I think future rentals would go very smoothly.
