This was our second time renting this trailer. It is a great unit, clean and well maintained. Andres was friendly and great to deal with. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars was that he had expected the batteries to be fully charged upon pickup and they were only about 40-50% full (because we did not have a power stall, and we were worried we may not get the slide back in place on our way home).

Andres was very friendly to deal with and trailer was very clean. The only issue we had was that the hot water heater was not working. We had 2 little kids with us that we bathed daily because of all the bug spray and sunscreen. Unfortunately, the water was ice cold in the trailer, but luckily there were hot showers at the campsite.

Not only was the Rise and Shine RV a beautiful and awesome unit to rent, but Andres was a pleasure to work with! He was very prompt in replying to our several questions. Thanks to him, our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute of our weekend getaway! The unit was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean! The only downfall was we wished we booked the RV for longer than we did as it was so much fun! Again, we would recommend Andres and his RV 100%! Thank you Andres!

Great compact trailer. We had fun in it with 2 adults and 3 kids. Andres and Cindy are very nice to work with. They were very flexible with the pickup and drop off times. Great newbie experience for us.

We loved the layout of the RV but unfortunately the unit wasn’t cleaned when we got it, it smelled like pet dander and urine which was extra unfortunate as we both have allergies. Also, the shower head was missing. Overall, could have been a better experience and I’m sure with a bit more attention, it would have been great.

Nice little unit. Andres came out and set it up for me and picked it up so that was awesome. Only thing that could of made it better would be just a few amenities. Like a t-kettle and a few dishes. Otherwise it was all great. Would definitely use it again.

As a newbie RV user, our transaction with Andres has been seamless. He and his wife have been really kind and helpful to us. If we need RV needs in the future, we would probably get his RV again.

Andres was great! Dropped the trailer off and set it up. It was a cold, rainy weekend and our little family was cozy and dry, which made all the difference between our 2 little ones being happy instead of miserable! The trailer is in excellent condition and perfect for a family of 4!

Andres was very responsive to messages (even in the middle of our holiday when something came up) and his trailer was just what we needed for our family. He showed us how to attach and detach the trailer and even agreed to allow us to video him for future references (which meant for him having to do it all over again!). Thank you for everything.

Andre and his son dropped off and picked up the RV on time and very efficiently. No issues or concerns with the unit and it served us well on our two night stay. The one suggestion I have would be to include a instruction manual in the unit to describe the features and how to operate each...including the furnace, hot water heater, air conditioning, water panel and pump, black water vs gray water and controlling potential vapours. I am quite familiar with RV's but not everyone may be so they might find it helpful going forward. Great experience overall!

The trailer is brand new, it’s in great shape, easy to drive and maneuver around ( I am new at driving trailers and it was easy) the owners are great people, very kind, easy to work with. Would book with them again in a heart beat.

The unit was nice and clean. Had chairs and had almost everything we needed for the week. I thought the communication could have been a bit better for pick up time but still wasn’t the end of the world.

The trailer was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our family of six. We would definitely rent it again.

Typical trailer and starting to be dated. Strong sewer smell when we got it and the mattresses were useless, felt like sleeping on plywood. Host was good.

Was better than expected, we were nervous after recent reviews about sewage smell but we had no issues. No communication until mid morning the day we were suppose to pick up the trailer so we over packed. A very easy pick up and drop off and the trailer is in good condition.

Poor communication. Trailer smelled like sewage. Tried to scam us out of the sewer dump service we paid him for. Absolutely nothing in the trailer but a few plastic plates and a coffee maker. We were planning to leave early to make the best of our first day but could not reach the host to communicate that. He finally texted me the night before and told us the trailer wouldn’t be ready until 2pm. Had me meet another person to pick up the trailer who although seemed like a nice guy, could not speak English very well. When I asked the host what was in the trailer he responded “best to bring everything you need.” I’ve rented from RV ez before and although I’m sure it isn’t required, the previous people I’ve dealt with had gone out of their way to make the experience enjoyable by either posting pics or writing out everything that was in the trailer already so you aren’t left packing the kitchen sink. For anyone deciding to use this trailer in future here is that list… -coffee maker -ground mat for in front of trailer -a few plates -a few plastic utensils -some linens for the bed That about sums it up. When we booked the trailer there was an option to have the host empty the septic tanks for $60. We prepaid for this service because the campground we went to often has a long lineup for the dump station and we were going to be short on time for our last day. Upon our return the host texted that there was a dump station at the RV storage lot that we could use. The service clearly states that you’re paying for the convenience of drop it off and leave it. The host was not in the country so was trying to wiggle out of it by saying “it’s like a car wash… you pay for the pressure washer but you still have to wash the car yourself.” I called RV EZ directly while driving back and had them send it in writing that he was not to operate like that. Overall the trailer is a good setup and ended up working for us but the experience with the host was stressful, the sewage smell from the tanks was bad, and the lack of a simple broom, pot or pan, or even just the stopper for the sink in the trailer to do dishes showed a lack of give a shit on his part. The right/brake turn signal also didn’t work. Won’t use this host again.

The person who met me to pick up RV had very little knowledge of the unit. The propane canister was almost empty and also expired. When I went to refill it they wouldn’t let me. The sensors for water tanks didn’t work properly. When we filled the water tank at pick up site there was an air bubble and it sprayed out like it was full. The person we were meeting said oh it’s full and it’s good. When I got trailer set up we realized that it wasn’t full. So I camped hardly using water for 5 days. Overall a bad experience. If you don’t know much about trailers this rental isn’t for you.
