We would have appreciated better communication but do understand that while camping service can be in and out. As an owner it can be stressful to not know what’s happening with your trailer. In addition, while yes renters pay a cleaning fee, this is meant for the sanitization of the trailer between renters, not to clean up stains in toilets and food in the couches. Overall the trailer was returned in one piece and it was a learning opportunity for both us and hopefully the renter as well.
