Completely as advertised! Very easy to hook up, haul, and set up upon arrival. Absolutely perfect for two people, and we managed to squeeze in a toddler as well. The fridge was big enough that we could bring a week's worth of food.

This was our first time renting and pulling a trailer. Max was great to deal with. He was very courteous, prompt with his responses, and very thorough. He was flexible with pick-up and drop-off times as well. As this was our first time renting we had a few issues with the mobile break controller app. We urge anyone who is new to this type of system to be sure to ask questions before using it and be certain you understand its purpose. There were lessons learned on both sides. We really enjoyed our first time out and will definitely rent again. Thanks again to Max for his dedication to making sure the renters feel comfortable. We had a great trip.

Max and Cedric are great hosts, they are responsive to messages and are happy to ensure you're supported along the way. The camper is a cute couples camper, (can fit a third on the fold down couch), I found the space great for two. The camper is easy to tow and a nice size for backing in the campsite. I has a good time with the camper would rent again.

My husband, my son and I thoroughly enjoyed our time spent using Max’s RV. It was in great condition, very clean and he was extremely thoughtful leaving my son a few goodies and wine for us parents :) I would recommend renting from Max to anyone. Max's trailer was exactly what we needed for a week exploring Ontario! The trailer was clean and had all the supplies you could need. Max was so helpful before, during and after renting the trailer and answered quickly and was always incredibly reasonable. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely rent Max's trailer again!

This was a wonderful weekend. Max and Cedric made sure that everything was perfect for us. Even my children and I received little gifts upon arrival. They were happy to answer any and all questions and the Jayco was spotless and stocked up on arrival. Thank you so much. We would definitely rent from you again. You have been apart of making some great life long memories. Just a side note - this was the perfect rental for two kids and an adult. Great size and lots of room. Shower is nice and big too!

Wow! What an adventure. This was a great trip and Maxime was so patient with us since it was our first time renting a RV. Every questions we had was always responded right away!! The RV was fully equipped which was amazing....everything was perfect! I would definitely rent again from Maxime. Thanks for everything!

We had a great experience with Max. The wrong adapter was installed by my garage and Max was able to find us a solution. Friendly and very helpful. Always quick to answer and checked in witn us often. Super experience.

We rented Max’s trailer for 2 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better service. Max was extremely fast to answer questions and was attentive to every detail. He is really professional and respectful. The trailer was in immaculate condition, clean, roomy and very comfortable. Everything worked out well and would definitely recommend him and the trailer to anyone!

Amazing experience. Owners took the time to fully explain how to use the RV since this was our first time within the RV world of "Glamping". During our trip, we had an issue with the air conditioning since we were in Venise, Florida with +40 degrees temperatures. The air conditioner had frozen over thus not providing the cold air and it normally would. Communications with the owners were quick and very helpful. Amazing advise over the phone helped resolve the issues quickly. Again, this being our first experience, we were able to lean on the owners on a couple of occasions and every time, they found the way to remain calm, find the solutions and explain to us that this is was all part of the camping world and that we should not worry. On our return back to Canada, we kept the owners updated on where we were and provided them with what we thought were other issues like frozen water since we arrived in -6 degree temperatures around the Syracuse area and again, consistent advise and encouragement from the owners that all was normal and that we should take our time. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and part of this was the fact that the owners were always a text or a phone call away to ease our worries and guide us through what has increased our knowledge for our next anticipated experience. Thanks Max and Cedric. We totally appreciated your RV. It was very clean and well kept. I am confident that anyone renting from you will be totally satisfied.
