About Carole

Carole was very understanding of the fact we were inexperienced and first time owner renters of an RV. She was encouraging, positive about all the instruction and knowledge of RV operations and driving in different conditions. She was a good first time renter and an overall pleasant experience for us. She was pleasant, patient and kind as we went through the initial departure and arrival of the RV from the vacation.
