This was a fantastic rental that went perfectly. The host communicated with us on every part of the deal. The host was so helpful and saved us a lot of time by getting our rental in position before we got to our site. I don't know how they did it, but so glad it worked out how it did. The RV was exactly how they said it would be and was clean. Yes, we would rent from them again without even giving it a second thought.

David & Chris were great. The first trailers’ hitch had some electrical issues causing a poor connection with my truck, but they were extremely helpful and responsive and even went so far as providing another trailer (same floor plan) for our trip instead. We had a great time, highly recommend.

Everything was great with the travel trailer. Pickup and drop off was super easy! We had no problems with hookups. It was really nice to have a comfortable place to sleep at night. We will be booking again when we go on another adventure! Thank you so much! ☺️

David was very helpful with the entire process. David explained how to use all the systems on the RV I rented, and he and his partner Chris helped with the trailer hook-up. I took a trip to Yellowstone with my family and enjoyed David's beautiful 2023 Solar Powered RV. I will recommend David and Chris to my family and friends for any future rentals.

This was my first time renting through RV easy I would do it again!!!! David was very nice from the beginning to the end that when I met him and he met my family and everything and Christopher. Oh he was very nice hooking it up and telling us how to work it and everything is our first time camping in an RV, will do it again next year

Amazing experience, beautiful trailer, very clean. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. David arrived in time before us. Trailer was hooked up to the full hook ups. David walked us through how to work a few things. Paper Products & paper towels were supplied. The foam cups were perfect for our evening coffee and hot coco around the fire pit. Kurig for cofee, Household bowls, serving bowls and knives provided. Towels for showering provided and in kitchen including bed linens. Remember you are camping so if you need extras. Bring extras as we did. Our kids love their own blankets and pillows. Thank you again David for the great experience looming forward to our next adventure

The Trailer was very nice, brand new in fact. With that came a few challenges. Some things were missing from the inventory: Cooking utensils (spatula, tongs, knives, etc.). Provided coffee maker, but no coffee cups. Had 4 guest on the booking, but they only provided 2 sets of towels. Couldn't find the pots and pans until the last day, and they were stored underneath the bed, which we found out while making up the bed to checkout. Septic hookup missed a second grey water tank hookup, so we had to have them come out because no one could figure out why we had full tank even though we were hooked up to septic system. On their behalf, they were very responsive. Came out, figured out the issue, hooked up second tank, brought extra towels and linens, and brought pots and pans and knives. Overall, it was a good experience. I believe we worked out the kinks for the next family.

The RV was great. It offered me and my family a comfortable place to spend four days. RV Easy made the process simple and straightforward and the host was fantastic.

Good experience and great communication. The only comment is about the awning that wasn’t working and they didn’t mention it. Other than that, great RV, and great customer service.

Great host when we picked up but the fridge didn't start getting cold for at least 2 days. Other than that was a great trip with our grandsons. Thanks.

DO NOT RENT FOR DRY CAMPING. Tbh just buyer beware. We have rented and owned our own trailers many times.Thistime we decided we would rather not tow ourselves and do a drop off for ease. Right away I could tell this rental company was going to be difficult. They were rude off the bat. 1.When asked when the drop off would be so we could make sure we would be there they were vague this made me nervous but ignored it thinking maybe it was an issue of language differences. They told me between 1 and 4pm but they're very busy so it may be slightly later but hopefully around 3. it was dropped at 9 am when we weren't there to direct. We had 4 campsites booked so we could choose the best one for our camper, when everyone was in tents to have a camp homebase w us as kitchen. Now that was not an option bc of their lack of communication. 2.We asked whether they had pans.They would not confirm saying just pack what we needed. They didn't want to be held to anything in the future they said. 3. THE BIG ONE The battery ran out after less than a day. When asked for help, they said that it's bc it's hot and the refrigerator was running and they assumed we knew this would happen. *There is no reason to run a refrigerator off a battery.* It just needs it's pilot light lit. They did not do this and proceeded to tell me it's our fault for dry camping and paying for a glorified tent.That tjey assumed we had common sense and would know it wouldn't last the weekend. We have always had a trailer for drycamp at this same site and its been hotter other trips there. Never has it been an issue. The only time we used any electricity was for twenty min at bedtime for lights and the water pump we are used to using it sparingly and have never had it die before day 3 this was day 1. They wouldn't provide a generator or a new battery or give a discount for the trailer to be "a glorified tent". We didn't have water for washing, or a fridge. Luckily we had friends with us who helped w water and a cooler but it entirely defeated the purpose of the camper. Terrible terrible customer service. Never again. I'm so annoyed we spent our only family vacation money on a "glorified tent". To me it's common sense to light a pilot and tell the clients what is included in their rental.

There were several things that were wrong or not disclosed and not like the rental listing pictures from the start when rv was dropped off It was obvious we got a different rv from the pictures. Same model but not same one. It was very aged and fragile. … when u enter the front door stairs are weak on right side and then floor board seemed weak at entry. The window screen in front left side was off its frame so it appeared torn and lacked protection from mosquitos and other bugs. The light under the top side of bed the cover was broken and had no bulb .. couple of lights thru rv didn’t work. The sliding doors don’t roll easily they got stuck at bottom and would pop off the bottom rail.. The bunks didnt have privacy curtains like shows in rental pictures. The shower curtain isn’t the nice one In the pictures it’s a long annoying plastic curtain that not even on all the curtain rings and hangs instead. The tub didn’t drain even those the tanks weren’t full. The table cushions and couch have annoying and ugly covers not like what’s shown nicely on the rental pictures. And the couch appears leather in pictures but we got a grey cloth couch. The curtain thru out the tv are curtains not blinds like the rental pictures show. The bathroom door doesn’t close easily it has to be lifted and pushed in but the worst was the leaks that started from the very first night that came from inside the fridge wall. This rv is VERY aged amd worn down and should be listed with all the matured issues for a true listing and price because campers shouldn’t have to deal with all these issues at the price this rv is rented. . I would never rent from this renter again and feel we should get compensated for getting a run down rv model from what’s shown in rental pictures and also for our time spend out of our weekend having to keep floor dry from the leaks after my son and husband got all thier clothes bags wet the first night. The rv was disappointing but we were w a large group for Memorial Day weekend and we were stuck with what we got since we were on a large family trip and most of the other family also rented rvs from other renters and got true rvs as shown in thier pictures which tells me this isnt a normal experience. It was unfortunate that this was our first rv experience.

Drop-off guy was the BEST!!! He did a great job of delivery and set up for me. Trailer was quite a bit tired. Was able to sleep sheltered and use the shower although I neededb30 gallons of water after only one quick shower - yes, I know how to shower in one gallon of water. DO NOT expect to operate the trailer with a Honda 2000 generator as I was told. You'll need something much bigger. Thank God the solar panel gave me some interior lights at night. Called customer support and he was nice enough but told me to go ask my neighbors for help and an extension cord so we could plug in a little heater for the night. Sorry! Not an ok answer when I was specifically told that my Honda 2000 generator would suffice. Warm nights & my down sleeping bag allowed for comfortable sleep. Mattress was good! Didn't use any appliances or tv. Kind of pricey for sleep and one shower. Will shop for a better fit next year! Delivery was excellent!

The RV that was rented should not have been rented. The appearance in the inside was horrible, the tape on the cabinets were peeling. The owner must have rented out to people who took it out to the beach, before renting to us because it was sand everywhere, it was sand in the kitchen, on the stove making it difficult to cook, in fact we weren’t able to cook in that kitchen, there was sand behind the kitchen faucet, in the window seals in the kitchen it was sand on the floor in the kitchen, bedroom, and the bathroom. Sand residue in the corner of the shower. We had to use an air mattress on top of the bed because sand was in the bed. Also, it became a safety issue, we were campers of all women, and the camper could not be locked from the inside. We have to have a friend take the key and lock the door from the outside . I can go on about our horrible experience with this RV. I just hope you guys do a better job vetting these owners who rent these RVs, because they are making your company look bad. I feel we should get the cleaning fee refunded back. We also have pictures and video.. if I can give it a negative star I would.
