The vehicle substituted was not as new or well equipped as the one requested but served our purposes and Kelly did all in her power to accommodate us and our travel schedule The rental went smoothly and we were kept up to date as things evolved. We have no complaints and are satisfied with the rental experience.

Just got back from our trip yesterday and what a great trip. Kelly was fabulous to deal with and it was problem free! Long may your big jib draw Lady!
