She was very pleasant to deal with and to do the change over with. The RV was given back to me with everything in tact and no damage. Everything that needed to be filled was filled and everything that needed to be empty was emptied. She did inform me of the vehicle AC breaking down during their trip which will hopefully sorted out before the next client. In my opinion she should receive her deposit back in full.
