Jason R.Aug 2026We rented Sam’s Jayco motorhome for a nine day trip across British Columbia. He took the time to show us all the features of the motorhome and made sure that we had everything we needed for our trip. Communication before our trip was stellar. He went out of his way to save us money by meeting us halfway from the hotel to pick up the Jayco. We took out on day one and drove from Calgary to Canal Flats, BC, which is a four hour drive. When we arrived at the campsite we got everything hooked up and discovered that there was no water pressure coming in from the outside water connection. The next morning we contacted Sam and explained the water situation. He took the time to walk us through everything to ensure that we hadn’t missed a detail somewhere. After a couple of minutes of troubleshooting, he determined that a valve on the motorhome had failed and would need to be replaced. He told us to wait a couple of minutes so he could do some research, and he would call us back. After a few minutes he called us to let us know he was on his way to our campsite from Calgary with a replacement part. Four hours later he arrived and replaced the faulty valve, getting us back up and running! That was an eight hour trip to drive from Calgary to our campsite, then back to Calgary! I cannot say enough about Sam and his dedication to making things right. We’re considering making a second trip to BC with our kids next summer, and we’re definitely looking to rent from him again. Overall we had a wonderful trip. Don’t hesitate to rent from Sam. He’ll take care of you. Sam, thank you so much for the use of your motorhome. It was an adventure we’ll fondly remember for a very long time. :-)

Sathi recently moved farther than advertised but did everything to to make pickup and drop off comfortable. RV is heavy duty and reliable. Generator is quiet, easy push button start, plentiful. Due to previous damage: awning was missing, but we did not miss it, driver's side mirror was cracked but will soon be repaired. Had best 1week holiday with this RV through Banff & Jasper Park. I highly recommend dealing with Sathi

Andreas S.Oct 2024The motorhome provides great value and is in good condition. We loved the extra space the slide out opened up and the convenience of the onboard generator which was new to us. Stock mattresses are not the greatest but were ok for a few nights. Sam dealt with a repair we caused himself fast and efficient which was really appreciated! The owner Sam is a very nice person to deal with as he called us several times to check if everything was working properly!! The only negative is that there is no mattress cover and a spare bed sheet. Besides that, we would recommend renting this RV! The seats are super confortable, this was a plus for us! We recommend renting this RV! Thank you Sam!!!! We had a great trip with you home away from home!!

Melanie M.Jun 2024We recently rented Sam's RV for our cousin trip from June 16 to 22. We planned to travel from Airdrie visiting Canmore, Banff, Golden (BC), Lake Louise and Jasper. Booking was straightforward and Sam was quick to answer all our questions before confirming our reservation. Accomodating our request to pick up the RV early and drop it off late was so convenient for our flight times and travel plans. We can't thank Sam enough for this! Throughout the process of booking, leading up to our reservation and throughout our travels, communication with Sam was quick and easy. He really went above and beyond to help us enjoy our vacation. When the battery on the RV was faulty, Sam drove from Airdrie to meet us in Banff to change the battery himself (while it was snowing). He made sure to meet us when it was convenient for us so it didn't interrupt our travel plans. The RV was perfect for us! It provided enough space for us to travel comfortably. The linens were clean and comfortable on cool evenings. I would suggest bringing a few more blankets if you expect colder than usual temperatures. Sam was honest about existing damage (which was limited) and was thorough in explaining how to use all the features of the RV. This made pick up easy and got us on our way quickly. Anuj S.Jul 2025Good: Clean RV with good amenities. Basic kitchen utensils, bedsheets and blankets were provided. RV was easy to drive. 4 adults and 1 child were able to comfortably fit and use this RV. Bad: Pickup place for this RV is about 30 mins away from the Calgary airport. Also you can't get an Uber back from this place to the airport after drop off. So keep that in mind before booking. In terms of communication - we felt disappointed. Although the host called and checked on us several times during the course of the trip, they didn't adhere to pickup and dropoff times that were previously agreed. A day before pickup - the host tells us that pickup will be delayed by 4 hrs (3 pm instead of 11 am). Also in spite of agreeing for a late drop off at 4 pm, the host messages us a day before drop off and asks us to drop it at 1 pm. This was totally unprofessional and could derail your plans/reservations. There was also a fuse problem that the host didn't tell us before pickup - which meant we had to charge the battery every night by keeping the car running for 30 mins.
