Mitch W.Sep 2026The host forgot about the pickup time and at first I could not contact him. This was stressful. Eventually I contacted him and he had his neighbor help me hook up and orientated me best he could. I was not shown the stabilizer hitch which would have helped with the drive. At the campground we tried to set up the awning and it proved difficult without being shown how to do it. One leg fell off and fell against the trailer making a 1 inch crease on the trailer. We did not use awning. The beds were advertised as queen and twin sizes but are actually quite smaller. I had to return the trailer a day early and once again could not contact him by RVesy messaging or by phone for over 24 hours. When I arrived there was no answer at his home. Once again stressful. When I drove to the back of the house to unhook the trailer his wife and daughter came out of the house and helped me park. Apparently Michael was out of the country.
