We had such a wonderful experience with Katie! From the moment we booked it, she was super responsive and helpful, even with us being only two weeks away from our trip. She was super friendly and understanding when the camps hadn’t cleared out yet and she had to wait. She made sure we understood how the trailer worked and was only a message away. If we had any questions we really appreciated the gift basket and the goodie bags for our children, so very thoughtful. Thank you so much. I will definitely be recommending you.

We had a wonderful time renting Katie’s trailer again this year! Katie was super helpful and quick to respond. When we found out a week ahead of camping that we would not have electricity at our campsite, we reached out to Katie and she worked with us to make sure we had what we needed to survive the week off grid - including backup propane tanks, extra water jugs, and a solar battery. She made us feel much more comfortable about our unexpected change to the camping week. There was also a lovely gift basket in the trailer when we arrived, including gift baggies for each of my kids - which they were absolutely thrilled about! I would highly recommend Katie and her trailer if you’re looking to book a trailer. :)

Trailer was clean and everything worked well! Pick up and drop off was efficient and smooth, communication was also great! We would rent this trailer again and recommend it to others!
