From the moment we booked it, she was super responsive and helpful, even with us being only two weeks away from our trip. She was super friendly and understanding when the camps hadn’t cleared out yet and she had to wait. She made sure we understood how the trailer worked and was only a message away. If we had any questions we really appreciated the gift basket and the goodie bags for our children, so very thoughtful. Thank you so much. I will definitely be recommending you.
