He explained everything thoroughly to us on using the motorhome before we left, making sure we were prepared for our first time using a motorhome. Very quick to reply and non-judgmental when we had to message him questions while we were on our trip. Very kind man who genuinely wants everyone to enjoy their trip while using the motorhome.
