I have delivery for this booking. very unresponsive customer. Tried contacting many times before trip but no text replied, no phone call answered. Same happened on pickup day. Also, when i reached acreage to pick up trailer, there was no one in the house. I waited an hour then I see a one of their guests. these guests helped me out and call her. It was a very difficult to communicate with this customer.
