    Although he arrived on time, clearly not experienced with setting up a trailer. The host had to insist the trailer be blocked up and levelled. The trailer does not come with any bedding.

    Very unresponsive customer. she was not present at site to provide guideline where to park. multiple people(guests) change the parking spots multiple time. That was so confusing. Tried contacting her many times before trip but no text replied, no phone call answered. Same happened on pickup day. On pick up day there was no one at house. I waited an hour. Very difficult to communicate. not good.
