She took great care of the RV and was a joy to work with. When we asked for feedback, Sara responded with incredibly valuable and detailed observations. Despite the fact that some minor issues may have caused her temporary discomfort, her approach was remarkably kind and constructive, allowing us to immediately address key maintenance points and improve the experience for future renters. She was flexible and understanding regarding the pickup/drop-off logistics. We would happily rent to Sara again and highly recommend her to any host!
