Absolutely enjoyed our first experience in a Class B RV. Host were fantastic! They were kindly accommodating for the changes we made to our reservation. The Thor is small but well laid out. The host provided everything needed (towels, wash clothes, plates, bowls, fry pan, toiletries, etc etc). Basically, load your clothes and groceries and hit the road. We traveled just over 2500 miles. The van handled well and was an ease to maneuver. Cruise control was great. We were able to pull into a regular parking spot and nap, eat, or fix a cup of coffee. We boondocked the entire trip. The generator ran well when needed and was quiet. The onboard batteries stayed charged and kept the refrigerator nice and cold. The cassette toilet was easy to deal with. The bed set up was simple and surprisingly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed using this Class B and look forward to our next adventure. Highly recommend this host!

The van itself had potential. The hosts were communicative over chat and allowed me to drop it off at a more convenient time, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made the trip more stressful than it should have been. When I picked it up: • The washer fluid was empty, so I couldn’t clean my windshield of bugs until I stopped for fuel. • The oil light was on, meaning it was overdue for an oil change — which likely affected gas mileage on my cross-country trip. • The tire pressure light was on — my first stop had to be a tire shop to fill all four tires, which were extremely low. It was clear the van hadn’t been properly maintained. • The gray water tank was already 1/3 full and smelled, which was unpleasant right from the start. • The roof leaked, and unfortunately the leak was directly over the bed, so rain dripped on me throughout the night. • The cassette toilet solution ran out in less than a week, even though I used it as directed. • Amenities were very limited — there were only plastic plates and bowls, silverware, one pot and pan, and cooking oil. No dish soap, minimal hand soap, and little else provided. The walkthrough at pickup was very brief, with little guidance on what photos to take for documentation. However, at drop-off they were suddenly very thorough about taking pictures, which felt inconsistent. They also asked me to leave a review “focused on the positives,” but given the number of issues, I feel it’s only fair to share the full picture. I was expected to pay full price and cover extra mileage, yet no offer of compensation was made for the multiple problems I encountered. Overall, I made the best of my cross-country trip, but I wouldn’t rent this van again.

Perfect RV, perfect condition, perfect host! Brand new in immaculate condition with all the modern conveniences. Pick up and drop off were a breeze and host was super friendly and accommodating. Easy to drive, super clean. Will definitely rent again!
