The host was excellent to deal with, they were flexible and highly communicative. We loved the trailer and despite previous comments it actually was fairly well stocked. Just bring plates and cutlery and you're good! If you're off grid bring another battery, the trailer is large and needs 2 batteries to keep things like heat and fridge going! Would rent again.

Awesome Camper

Ying and her husband were very punctual and helpful, and easygoing throughout the trip. The RV is fantastic, with lots of space and features not typically found in a 20' trailer, and was very warm during our winter camping trip.

Our stay in the trailer was made very easy for us.

We had a great experience renting this RV! The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful throughout the process. The RV was exceptionally clean, contrary to one bad review we saw. Everything was well-maintained, and the hosts were flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, making our trip even more convenient. Highly recommend!

Our experience with this host and trailer was great! Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly. They were very accommodating in the times for delivery and pick up. The trailer was perfect for us from the layout of it to the cleanliness. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a family friendly unit and would definitely rent it ourselves in the future.

Was a great experience and will definitely book again! Ying responded in minutes and made the process easy for delivery and pickup. Great unit lots of space. If using the bunk beds - bring something soft or mattress to sleep on. Otherwise this unit has it all 😊

Easy renting experience, very fast to respond, friendly, and trailer was exactly as advertised.

Ying was a great communicator and worked with us throughout our trip. The trailer was immaculate/clean. Concerns were that the trailer was advertised as having Starlink, which we were excited about as our daughters knew they'd have homework to do over our holiday. The day before we departed Ying told us she'd given the Starlink to someone else. We were also very surprised/disappointed with the lack of amenities included: there were no plates, bowls, cutlery, coffee machine, cooking pot, glassware/cups, etc. This added to our last minute stress as we had to scramble to pack all of these things. It was lucky that we had picked up the trailer early to bring to our home to load up that I was able to see how little was provided & make sure I had what I needed. We've rented trailers several times and having these things included certainly is appreciated & makes the travel-experience less stressful.
