I was very disappointed with this RV rental experience. Communication before the trip was poor. I tried reaching out to the owner several times with questions before our departure. He called once while he was driving, but we weren't able to go over everything. Despite asking him to call back before our trip, that never happened. The listing also did not accurately reflect what was provided. I specifically chose this RV because it advertised Wi-Fi and an outdoor shower, both of which were important for my trip. When I arrived, there was no Wi-Fi and no outdoor shower. Had the listing been accurate, I would have chosen a different RV. The listing also did not make it clear that the RV would be completely empty and would not include even basic essentials such as a broom, cleaning supplies, soap, dishes, pots, or pans. There was nothing provided. I was surprised and ended up having to ask neighboring campers for supplies, which was quite embarrassing. Overall, I feel the RV listing was misleading, and communication could have been much better. I would recommend that the owner improve the general maintenance of the RV, including fixing loose doorknobs, repairing broken cabinets, and ensuring the pocket door to the queen bed functions properly. The listing should also accurately describe the RV and its amenities, and communication with renters before and during their trips should be improved. I will not be renting from this host again. I do want to give RVezy a shoutout and thank them for resolving our issues quickly and professionally. Their customer service was excellent, and I will continue to use RVezy for my future rentals.
