Eric was prompt, checked to see if there were hookups at my site without being asked (there weren't) so he was prepared with a f u ll water tank, and extra water. It felt like renting an airB&b. The bedding was clean, everything was organized. It didn't feel like I was sleeping in someone's personal RV, which I really appreciated! Eric was meticulous and ensured we knew where everything was. He had sunblock, after bite, and other things that you may have forgotten, but will need camping. He delivered and picked up the RV at the exact time we discussed

He delivered the camper right to our site at Goldstream, had everything set up and ready for us, and then spent nearly an hour walking us through every feature to make sure we felt completely comfortable. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely cared that our family had a great experience. On top of that, he included several generous extras that would normally have cost well over $100, and he even surprised our boys with a thoughtful gift, which they absolutely loved. The camper was exactly as described, absolutely spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you’d need. Eric truly went above and beyond in every way. If you’re considering renting from him, don’t hesitate—you’ll be in excellent hands.
