Charles was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and very responsive throughout the entire rental process. Communication was excellent, and he made everything easy by coordinating delivery and pickup times that worked for our camping trip. The trailer was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was set up and ready when we arrived, which made our trip to Lake Perris stress-free and enjoyable. Charles took the time to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. My family and I had a great experience, and we truly appreciate the outstanding customer service.
