    Charles was always available to answer phone calls whenever I had problems figuring out how to operate various features of the travel trailer. He spent almost an hour up front showing me how to operate everything from the Black and Gray water disposal to the water heater. Fantastic host!!!

    The owner was so good and responsive. I didn’t know how to work a few items. I called him during the weekend and he answered his phone and walked me through it. I would definitely rent this again. Me and my family loved it.
