Very green renters. They are a family of five, parents and three teens. They boondocked at a provincial campsite for 3 nights. They did not level the unit, kept the hot water on and used the VCR. We went twice up to the site because they were having issues due to there own negligence (not leveling unit). I believe they thought that it was unlimited because of the solar panels. We did tell them not to fuel the rig....just cause we have bleeding hearts. When they returned they kept mentioning compensation. I feel that we were more than fair considering all their issue were caused from their own actions. I drove to the site twice to assist and educate. The husband did not want to hear anything I had to say. He just kept blaming the RV for all issues. The rig came back we cleaned, sterilized and ran everything and it works perfectly.
