Denali's Doorstep: Class C Winnebago

Denali's Doorstep is the name we've chosen for our motorhome, because it is what takes us to our favorite places in Alaska, and all we have to do is walk out the back door. As a retired Air Force family we've explored almost every major road in the state! We love Alaska so much we changed our residency, put down roots, and purchased a piece of property just outside of Cantwell. We have constructed one of the most amazing, scenic, beautiful, remote, Alaskan camping destinations in the state. It's a MUST see, and staying at the site for a day or two will be an option for you when you have a confirmed reservation with the RV. With a huge slide out, generator, large holding tanks, and plenty of storage, you and your family will be enjoying Alaska in the most comfortable and exciting ways possible! Need some recommendations? Stop for some ice cream on your way to your fishing stop on the Kenai. Then head down to Homer to see the mountains drop into the ocean and catch a Halibut or two. Visit Seward to enjoy the aquarium on your way back and then enjoy the best burger you'll ever have in Talkeetna on your way to Denali National Park to see the tallest mountain in North America. With so much to see, you'll hate wasting the daylight sleeping! But there's nothing better than being able to just pull over and take a quick nap while your family prepares lunch in the kitchen.
