2014 Sunseeker LOADED, Includes Vacation Planning

Sleeps 6 • Class C

Anchorage, AK

Explore Alaska in one of the most well suited RVs for the state and the unique benefits that come with it! This rental is a package deal that includes personalized trip planning suggestions, tips, local knowledge, and advice on how, when, and where to achieve that perfect Alaska experience as well as many included items that you don't have to pay extra for (why do people charge extra for items needed on the trip?). Offered by a family of true outdoorsmen, if you need to pick the brain of someone that has been there and done that, you get access to them! Not too big, not too small, this ride is just right for your Alaska vacation. It's comfy for two and well suited for six. It drives great, it's easy to park (22ft making it shorter than most), and has a backup and left side camera for safety. There are 4 seat belts, including two that are car seat compatible. It can seat two others without seat belts (not the safest, but not illegal). A master queen, loft queen, and dinette converted to a full makes this comfy for all. It has a TV with blue ray, dvd, usb, and streaming capabilities. Stay dry under the 15ft awning too :) BONUS - many RVs don't have room for luggage; this rig has a LARGE open hatch in the rear to store any size suitcase after unpacking in the RV so you don't have to trip over them the whole time. Pets are welcome for an additional non-refundable $100 deposit per pet; they are not allowed on the furniture. Pet's must also be kenneled if you are planning to leave them inside unattended. Pick up and Drop off - Standard RV pick up time will be 3PM and drop off at 11AM. BUT we understand flight arrival and departures in Alaska can be at all hours of the day, and we will work with you to make sure a plan is in place to keep you from being stranded. An optional $100 delivery charge will be assessed for airport pickup and delivery if we are home and available (no times are off limits). The rental includes: Bed linens, blankets, pillow covers, and throw blankets for three sleeping area; 6 bath towels, 6 wash clothes, a large grey towel for miscellaneous needs; cooking essentials (pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, knives, containers, bowels, cutting boards, etc.); week supply of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning wipes, hand soap, dish soap, basic cleaning supplies, trash bags, broom; And a ton of extras other rental RVs don't include: a bundle of firewood, collapsible fire ring, 6 foldable chairs, a coffee press, charcoal grill, grilling tools, outdoor foldable table, a hammock, a tool box, road trip resources (The Mile Post and Highway Angler), loft sleeping bumper to keep littles from rolling off, and many other things. Unlimited miles! Beware of others allowing only XXX miles a day... Alaska is VERY spread out. Please contact me directly for a potentially less expensive, personalized rate quote. NOTE: Please return RV in the condition you received it including the following: Fuel tank full Propane tanks full Black water and gray water tanks empty All trash removed Clean interior (does not include linens or towels) ** Restocking is not needed No towing No climbing on the roof No fish or game cleaning inside No smoking/vaping/illegal substances The RV is to only be driven on properly maintained/paved roads. Steven's Forest River Sunseeker Class C

Sleeps 6 • Class C

Anchorage, AK

Take a trip in The Last Frontier in comfort with our Forest River Sunseeker. For those out there considering taking their first trip in a Class C RV, this model has a short enough wheelbase for almost anyone to comfortably drive at only 26' long. Comparable to a big van or small U-Haul. Have confidence in maneuvering and backing up the RV with the rear camera... Couldn't imagine backing an RV up without one! This model is putting out plenty of power to get up that mountain safely & reliably. This model sleeps 6 but I'd say comfortably for 5 adults. Also has a dinette that folds down into a bed for the kiddos... Take it almost anywhere, Most campsites have a driveway that will easily accommodate it as well. Looking forward to hosting you!

Denali's Doorstep: Class C Winnebago

Sleeps 6 • Class C

Willow, AK

Denali's Doorstep is the name we've chosen for our motorhome, because it is what takes us to our favorite places in Alaska, and all we have to do is walk out the back door. As a retired Air Force family we've explored almost every major road in the state! We love Alaska so much we changed our residency, put down roots, and purchased a piece of property just outside of Cantwell. We have constructed one of the most amazing, scenic, beautiful, remote, Alaskan camping destinations in the state. It's a MUST see, and staying at the site for a day or two will be an option for you when you have a confirmed reservation with the RV. With a huge slide out, generator, large holding tanks, and plenty of storage, you and your family will be enjoying Alaska in the most comfortable and exciting ways possible! Need some recommendations? Stop for some ice cream on your way to your fishing stop on the Kenai. Then head down to Homer to see the mountains drop into the ocean and catch a Halibut or two. Visit Seward to enjoy the aquarium on your way back and then enjoy the best burger you'll ever have in Talkeetna on your way to Denali National Park to see the tallest mountain in North America. With so much to see, you'll hate wasting the daylight sleeping! But there's nothing better than being able to just pull over and take a quick nap while your family prepares lunch in the kitchen. You're going to LOVE your Alaskan adventure with Denali's Doorstep! NOTE: We live in Willow, AK and won't be able to deliver the RV to you. You must come to us.

Arrival and Departure Logistics: We need about a half hour (scheduled in advance) when you will be arriving to go over the functions of the RV before you take off with the van. This hour can be scheduled between 8 AM and 8 PM. When you return to drop the camper van off, it will take at least Thirty minutes to inspect the van together and sign you off. Keep in mind that while we want you to have a lot of fun, there are a few limitations as to where you are allowed to take the Promaster. We do not allow the vehicle to leave Alaska, nor do we allow it on the Dalton highway north of Fairbanks. The Denali highway (different from the Denali National Park road) and the road going to Kennecott are permissible but keep in mind these roads are gravel and flat tires and damage to vehicles from rocks is likely to occur. Renters are responsible for the cost of any damages that occur to the vehicle. There are no towing companies that will pick you up on these roads so breakdowns and repairs due to misuse of the vehicle will be very expensive. The vehicle is definitely not designed for off-roading(4x4) and should stay on well maintained roads and highways. Also, while we know you might enjoy the hunting and fishing that is unique to Alaska, you can cook fish on the supplied stove, but we do not allow any cleaning of fish or game in the RV. Please keep these activities outside so that no foul odors are left in the vehicle. If you plan on fishing please store all fishing equipment (waders, poles, nets, bait) in the top box on the vans roof. if you transport fish you have caught please do not store or transport fish in the supplied cooler. We want you to enjoy Alaska your way, but keep in mind that other renters would like to enjoy the same experience after your trip in our Campervan. So to sum it up: No Smoking or smoke of any kind No Pets No air fresheners (for those who are chemically sensitive) No Off-Roading No cleaning fish or game inside the Campervan Failure to return the van to us in same condition as you received it from us when you picked it up incurs a $350 cleaning fee that we will retain from your deposit.

Discover Alaska

View of snowy mountains behind the city of Anchorage

Embark on an unforgettable journey through the Last Frontier with an RV rental in Alaska. Alaska is the largest state in the U.S. and has a vast landscape teeming with majestic mountains, lush forests, and crystal-clear lakes and rivers. Whether you're marveling at the vibrant northern lights or exploring some of the most remote wilderness areas in North America, Alaska promises a one-of-a-kind adventure for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. With its pristine beauty and endless opportunities for exploration, Alaska is a dream destination for an RV getaway.

Although Alaska has a reputation for its chilly climate, the summer months offer comfortable temperatures perfect for exploring the great outdoors in an RV. Between June and August, you can expect long days with ample sunlight and temperatures ranging from the mid-50s to the low 70s. This is the ideal time to visit, as you'll have ample opportunity to experience Alaska's stunning landscapes, abundant wildlife, and unique cultural attractions.

RV next to the water in Alaska

Alaska's vast wilderness offers outdoor experiences, from hiking through pristine forests to exploring glaciers. One must-see destination is Denali National Park and Preserve, home to North America's tallest peak, Mount Denali, standing at an impressive 20,310 feet. This six-million-acre park is perfect for hiking, wildlife watching, and even flightseeing tours. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the big five of Alaskan animals — moose, caribou, Dall sheep, wolves, and grizzly bears. The park offers several campgrounds, some of which are RV-accessible, such as Riley Creek Campground and Savage River Campground.

Another fantastic outdoor destination in Alaska is Kenai Fjords National Park, where you can witness the breathtaking beauty of calving glaciers and explore the rugged coastline by boat or kayak. Wildlife enthusiasts will be in their element, as the park is home to an abundance of marine life, including humpback whales, orcas, sea otters, and various seabird species. While there are no RV campgrounds within the park, you can find several options in the nearby town of Seward, such as Seward Waterfront Campground and Stoney Creek RV Park.
Kayaking in Alaska

Alaska's unique blend of natural wonders and cultural attractions makes it an ideal destination for an RV vacation. One of the state's most famous attractions is the Alaska Native Heritage Center in Anchorage, where you can learn about the rich history and diverse cultures of Alaska's indigenous peoples through interactive exhibits, demonstrations, and performances. Anchorage is also home to several RV-friendly campgrounds, such as Eagle River Campground and Bird Creek Campground in Chugach State Park, and Alaska Big Bear RV Park, providing a convenient base for exploring the surrounding area.

For a truly unforgettable Alaskan experience, consider taking a scenic drive along the Seward Highway, which stretches 125 miles from Anchorage to the coastal town of Seward. This All-American Road offers stunning views of the Chugach Mountains, Turnagain Arm, and the Kenai Peninsula, with numerous opportunities for wildlife viewing, hiking, and photography along the way.

In the charming town of Seward, you'll find a variety of family-friendly attractions, including the Alaska SeaLife Center, the state's premier public aquarium and marine research facility. Here, you can get up close and personal with Alaska's marine life, including sea lions, harbor seals, and a variety of fish and seabird species. With so much to see and do in Alaska, an RV rental is the perfect way to immerse yourself in the state's unparalleled beauty and rich cultural heritage.
