We get that things change, so you’re not locked into that schedule — we can always confirm and make adjustments closer to your trip. Just to clarify: • Drop-off = when we deliver and set up the trailer at your site. • Pickup = the last day of your booking, when we return to take the trailer back. We’re flexible with pickup timing, but please let us know any changes ahead of time so we can stay on track. Fresh water fill (at drop-off) and black/grey tank drainage (at pickup) are included as long as both can be completed within 30 minutes of arrival. If we end up waiting, a $40 fee applies. We’ll provide photos as proof if needed. We’re here to keep your trip stress-free and smooth from start to finish!

    Artem was helpful in getting the trailer ready to roll for our weekend away. His add ons (bouncy castle in particular) were a big hit with the kids and made the trip memorable. Would rent this unit from Artem again
