RV Usage Guidelines & Important Information Welcome and thank you for choosing our RV! We hope you have a safe and enjoyable trip. Please take a few minutes to review the following guidelines. ⸻ Before Departure Please ensure you bring all necessary personal items, including: • Bedding, pillows, blankets, and linens (unless purchased as an add-on) • Towels and personal toiletries • Kitchen supplies, cookware, utensils, and condiments (unless purchased as an add-on) • Medications and charging cables Before leaving, we will complete a walkthrough of the RV and answer any questions you may have. ⸻ Driving the RV 1. This RV is approximately 31 feet long. Please allow extra space for turning, parking, and maneuvering. 2. Always use a spotter when backing up whenever possible. 3. Be aware of low-clearance bridges, drive-thrus, gas station canopies, and overhanging branches. 4. Drive at a safe speed and maintain a greater following distance than you would in a regular vehicle. 5. All passengers must wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion. 6. Do not drive on unmaintained roads, logging roads, or off-road terrain. ⸻ Campsite Setup 1. Set the parking brake whenever parked. 2. When connecting shore power: • Turn off the power source before plugging in. • Ensure all connections are secure. 3. When using water and sewer hookups: • Empty the black tank first. • Empty the grey tank second to help rinse the sewer hose. • Thoroughly rinse and store all hoses after use. ⸻ Toilet and Plumbing System Please do NOT flush any of the following: • Toilet paper & Paper towels • Wet wipes (including flushable wipes) • Feminine hygiene products • Food waste • Any non-biodegradable items Failure to follow these guidelines may result in cleaning or repair charges. ⸻ Inside the RV 1. No smoking, vaping, cannabis, or illegal substances inside the RV at any time. 2. Use the stove and appliances responsibly. 3. Turn off lights, appliances, and climate controls when not in use. 4. Please keep the RV clean and tidy throughout your trip. 5. Report any damage or malfunction immediately. ⸻ Generator Use (If Equipped) 1. Operate the generator only in well-ventilated areas. 2. Never run the generator inside enclosed spaces. 3. Observe campground quiet hours. 4. Monitor fuel levels when using the generator. ⸻ Refueling 1. Please use regular gasoline only (if applicable) unless otherwise instructed during pickup，return the fuel level at the same level as received. 2. Refill the Propane Tank • Please refill the propane tank to the same level as at pickup. Additional refueling charges may apply if the RV is returned with less fuel and propane. ⸻ Returning the RV Before returning the RV, please: • Remove all personal belongings • Dispose of all garbage • Wash dishes and cooking utensils • Wipe up spills and excessive dirt • Empty both black and grey holding tanks • After dumping, please flush and rinse the black tank with clean water. • Return the RV with the agreed fuel level Additional cleaning or dumping fees may apply if these requirements are not met. ⸻
