Brian was very responsive and made sure, even after delivery, that the electrical devices advertised were working as expected. He really went all-out, when glitches happened, to make sure our camping trip was top-notch! Next time, I would look for a fully- equipped RV to rent, but if you don't need that, this one will be great!
